The Truth about “Post Traumatic Stress Disorder”.
This “disorder” is the causation of stress from trapped, stagnant energy/e-motion in the body.
There was a traumatic situation in which the individual did not feel safe to allow the severity of emotional response through their body, and therefore severed the flow of emotion from Being expressed, which suppressed and repressed the e-motions and thus created trauma, aka disconnection from self.
This now becomes buried underneath a belief that is, “I’m not safe to express this part of my self / my emotions.”
This creates a state of being in which the individual is habitually stuck in their head, “paralysis analysis”, disconnected from their deeper self and perpetuating the state of fear and anxiety.
What is the solution to this?
In a space where you feel safe, allow yourself to visually revisit the experience in the Now moment and allow all expression through while maintaining witness consciousness and the affirmation of safety.
If these traumas are held onto for a very long time it will be incredibly challenging to move through this process, not only through the emotionality and pain, but also dying to the ego victim story/identity that has been created from the trauma.
