Join me for 21 minutes deep relaxation , getting showered with sounds. Put on some comfortable clothes , so you can freely surrender. Breathe deeply in and out for the first few minutes.
During the first 21 minutes I don’t move. After that I incorporated a spinal twist but you can simply roll up snd down once the sound stopped.
I unguided just me and sound .
