Physical and mental health in pandemic times



The coronavirus (COVID-19) has changed our lives in every way and has challenged us like never before. As we come together to deal with this pandemic, we hear and read in the news almost every day on how:

• Depression,
• Anxiety,
• Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD),
• Phobias,
• Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD),
• Panic disorders have caused due to Job loss, Economical collapse and also the pandemic
itself.

And this tells us that we also need to prioritize both our physical and mental health and well-being in order to stay strong and well and win this battle.

As part of our commitment to the Leadership we also believe health and well-being is core part of leadership. This webinar was held on 11 July 2020.
