I began my journey as an entrepreneur in the midst of an epic burnout, which I later discovered was symptoms of CPTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) connected to rape and sexual abuse I wasn’t aware had happened until the memories began to resurface.
My body was in an energetic crisis, my battery was entirely flat, I was running on reserves and I was experiencing chronic adrenal fatigue, along with digestive issues and heightened sensitivity to life.
I had no idea what was going on, I felt like sh*t, I got 6pm headaches and had to cancel pretty much everything I enjoyed in life because I simply didn’t have the energy.
Slowly I began to uncover the pieces of information that helped me to manage and rebuild my energy, by making many incremental shifts in my lifestyle, routines, habits, support and self-care.
I’m so happy and proud to say that I’ve completely regained my energy and healed the many physical symptoms and sensitivities that massively degraded my quality of life for a period of 5 years.
What I discovered about maintaining health was that it’s really about mastering the basics that contribute to real wellbeing.
