Welcome to Part 9 of my journey as a PTSD outpatient, with the daily journal that’s along for the ride. I had a traumatic experience many years ago. I pushed it so far in the back of my mind, that I thought I could make it like it never happened. I was successful for a long time, but like anything else we avoid dealing with, it found a way to resurface with painful effects. I could no longer pretend, so I sought help. I was recently diagnosed with PTSD, and I’m on the road to healing. I am journaling the entire experience in the Zequenz 360 Journal, and I will post a new video each week about my therapy. Will you go on this journey with me? Please share this video with anyone you know who has the symptoms for PTSD.
If you like this video, please give it a thumbs up, comment, and subscribe if you haven’t already. Until next time, happy planning!
