This meditation is to help any women who is suffering with PTSD during these times. I found going within and releasing the trauma and pain of our current situation and the past has helped me move my life forward. Every Monday I will post a meditation video from our Women Only Ambitious Women group of CEO’s on Facebook. When I lived in Thailand I learned to meditate to keep my self balanced and have inner peace, love and joy no matter what came my way.
