June is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Awareness Month

June is PTSD Awareness Month and with everything going on in the world, I want to take some time to acknowledge how PTSD is a silent killer that affects both civilians and military veterans. From the perspective of a former junior officer having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, my goal is to shed more light of understanding and support for PTSD.
