– Chair therapy/coaching is a primary intervention, meaning it gets to the root cause of the anxiety.
– It helps us to find the good in what was originally bad or traumatic or nasty or evil.
– Chair therapy/coaching forces us to do what we’ve been running from for far too long.
Step 1) place a chair across you.
Step 2) close your eyes and use your sense of smell to bring the other person into the chair.
Step 3) speak your truth.
Step 4) forgive in the end.
Step 5) write down the lessons learned.
