WHAT IS EFT, AND WHY IS EVERYONE TALKING ABOUT IT?
I share everything you need to know about EFT, which can help with anything from feeling jittery nerves before a work presentation to post-breakup sadness to a fear of success! This includes a lesson on how the subconscious mind processes emotion and what happens in your brain’s neural pathways when you ‘rehearse’ certain emotions/behaviors – and how EFT can totally dissolve or rewire these pathways.

This is truly the GREATEST technique for blasting through limiting beliefs, healing wounds & trauma, and finding true freedom from your emotions. I’m so excited to share with you the technique I use as a DIY between sessions with my practitioner!
