Fluctuating energy levels. Working with bipolar, PTSD, social anxiety disorder.

My name is Xanthe Wyse. Diagnosed with bipolar disorder (type 1 & rapid cycling), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social anxiety disorder. The social anxiety disorder is currently mild.

Mid-afternoon and finally ready for a few hours work. Energy levels fluctuate enormously, but if I were on the doses of meds the psychiatrists wanted me on originally, I would not be able to work or drive at all.

Minimally medicated, I work part-time, flexible work of less than 10 hours per week of a minimum wage job. Can also drive short distances unless impaired by medications, fatigue, dissociating.

Having a job helps with my self-esteem and helps get me out, even though I can be very avoidant. Once I am there, I can manage a few hours.

I get fatigued very easily and stress can set off severe mood episodes.

I kept looking out the window in this video. Distracted.

Tired and dissociating a bit more today – brain going off-line.

A very persistent troll has been disliking all my videos for months.
