Flirting, attraction, confidence, mood. Context of bipolar, PTSD, social anxiety.

My name is Xanthe Wyse. Diagnosed bipolar 1 disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social anxiety disorder. When my mood is elevated (hypomania, mania), I become more confident which overrides my social anxiety.

Sometimes I feel like I’m in a flirty mood, even though not interested in pursuing anything. It’s just a ‘mood’. Sometimes I express mood with colour such as nail colour. The more elevated my mood, the more intense it can become.

Confidence is attractive to me and I notice that when I am confident, it is attractive to others.

I used to think I didn’t have a clue about flirting but I seemed to suppress it or be too anxious to notice. Can be fun if in the mood. Natural flirting is very subtle.

Usually I miss it or avoid it because I usually avoid eye contact. I don’t even like the camera to be too close (it was close today so could hear me and see my face expressions better).

This video is not a request to contact me personally. I just like to talk about whatever I feel like talking about.
