LAST CHALLENGE DAY
Over the passed 25 days, I have been walking over 10,000 steps every day to help raise awareness of mental health issues such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
At the beginning, I thought that I was doing it to support others who need help, but gradually I realized that it was helping me to stay active and positive.
Even though I mostly walk the same route in my neighbourhood everyday, I was able to see little changes each time. Different weather and time of day can make the route feel quite different. The little changes brought me excitement and brightened my day.
If you are looking for little change in your daily life, I recommend you start walking in your neighbourhood. I hope you can feel what I felt if you decided to take the challenge. 🙂
What am I doing?
1. Walk more than 10,000 steps a day for 25 days
2. Take video and post on SNS
I will be walking more than 10,000 steps a day for 25 days to help raise awareness of mental health issues such as PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), anxiety and depression that drives people into ending their own life. Very grateful for having a supportive family and friends in my life and trying to be one for you.
Please encourage people around you to join this challenge so we can get through this difficult time together! Let’s reach as many people as possible, let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering through mental illness, you are not alone we are here for you.
