Day 23 – 10000 Steps 25-Day Challenge to Raise Awareness of Mental Health



It’s the last day of 2020 today.
As the year is finally coming to an end, I have mixed feelings of sadness and happiness. Even though we are still in the middle of the lockdown period, I hope we can see our family and friends to hold their hands and hug them soon!

1. Walk more than 10,000 steps a day for 25 days

I will be walking more than 10,000 steps a day for 25 days to help raise awareness of mental health issues such as PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), anxiety and depression that drives people into ending their own life. Very grateful for having a supportive family and friends in my life and trying to be one for you.
