Day 19 of 25 days of "Pushups" for Mental Health, Suicide, and Depression Awareness



Day 19 is somehow 5 days after Day 18 … um … oh well!
I pulled the connection of my sacrum and low back today. I think it’s because I discovered Tik Tok while lying on the couch. So this is what my body said to try out.

This video is in the chaos of my life. If it’s not the cat wanting to go in and out or have attention, then it’s the dog … or kid … or maybe my mate. So, bear with me. If I gave up and into all those distractions, I would not have spent these FOUR MINUTES (yes, 4 minutes) on myself.

No stress, no worries, no expectation…. just commitment and showing up to perhaps inspire others this way in the name of doing anything to get us out of the funk ❤️
