Day 166 – 10000 Steps A Day Challenge to Raise Awareness of Mental Health

Since December 10, 2020, I have been walking over 10,000 steps a day for 166 days.
During this period, winter left, and spring came.
My neighbourhood is full of beautiful flowers such as Daisies, Lilacs, Peonies, Forget-me-nots, Anemones, and so on.
When I walk my neighbourhood, I can deeply enjoy the beauty of the season!
Today I walked 12,105 steps and played tennis as well.
I am gradually becoming more active now.

I have been walking more than 10,000 steps since December 10, 2020 to help raise awareness of mental health issues such as PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), anxiety and depression that drives people into ending their own life. Very grateful for having a supportive family and friends in my life and trying to be one for you.
