daily meditation alters brain chemistry and is an excellent way to help with ptsd and other traumas



once you get into the habit and rhythm of a daily meditation practice
it slowly starts to chip away at old patterns of reacting to the world
anxiety
fear
total weirdness

meditation rewires the brain

it is not an instant gratification kinda thing
it is a lifestyle kinda thing

it changes everything about living in the vessel
and as i have said i am not even 2 years into it
and my life has
been transformed

i am curious to see myself a year from now

it makes life better
it makes life interesting
it makes life complete
