25 DAYS 25 PUSH-UP CHALLENGE TO RAISE AWARENESS FOR PTSD – DAY 1



Today it’s a Day 1 of 25 Days 25 push-ups challenge by my first cousin, Kuya RickyBobby Canlapan.

I never do push up my entire life. I don’t know the proper way to do it. When I was a teenager yeah, but that was long time ago, not anymore. So if you all see wrong movement that I do, forgive me.

So, today I am nominating Kuya RickyBobby Canlapan first, for my Day 1 challenge to raise awareness for PTSD short for POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION AND OTHER MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES THAT CAN DRIVE PEOPLE TO SUICIDE OR SELF HARM.

But really, More than the push up – our wholeness matters!

The rules are simple:

• Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following/same day.
• Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25. Or even do them in clusters of 5.
• Every day you nominate a different person.

Let’s reach as many people as possible. We are not alone, we are here for each other.
