25 Day Push-Up Challenge | Day 16

Day 16

I have been nominated to do 25 push-ups for 25 days, a challenge to raise awareness about post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression that can drive people to develop multiple disorders and to even commit suicide.

Today I nominate Mhairi Johnston
to take part in this challenge and use their wide reaching network to help raise awareness about mental health and how a little exercise works wonders!

The rules, should you choose to accept, are simple:
* Once you are nominated, your 25 day challenge starts on the next day.
* Every day you record yourself doing 25 push-ups, even if you have to fall to your knees to complete all 25
* Every day you may nominate one different person.

We want to reach as many people as possible.
Hopefully by doing this we can create awareness for anyone suffering from mental illness. You are not alone and we are here for you.
